B. Braun among the most innovative companies in Germany

The business magazine "brand eins" and Statista name B. Braun Melsungen AG to the group of the 424 most innovative companies in Germany. The study "Germany's most innovative companies," from Focus and Focus Money, also recognizes the company.

The business magazine brand eins Wissen and the statistics portal Statista chose the company as "Innovator of the Year 2017" in the area of "Medical Devices and Products." Innovative services and products in particular, as well as intelligent processes, distinguished B. Braun from the competition, according to the organizers. For the ranking, the testers surveyed about 2,000 corporate representatives, 250 experts from the Berlin Institute for Innovation and Technology, and 20,000 managers and employees with long-term professional experience.

In a study, the 5,000 companies in Germany with the largest workforces were evaluated with respect to innovative capability, investments, research & development, product innovations and technology. More than 21 million statements about the examined companies in digital media formed the basis for this.
